Before payment made, please double check and make sure all details are correct:

1. Your credit card is required for payment confirmation.
2. Room rates will be charged upon confirmation.
3. Refund only applicable if there is error in transaction and any cancelation need to go through our cancellation policy.
4. No changes on Check-in dates.
5. No changes on selected hotel branches.
6. Check-in time is after 15.00hours and check-out time before 12.00 hours

Child Policy

• One (1) child below 12yrs old stay on complimentary basis provided sharing existing beddings with adults.

Cancellation:

• Please take note that should you cancel your reservation within 72 hours (low season) and 7 days (high season) before arrival date will be considered as “No Show” and this will incur First Night Room Charge.

No-Show / Shorten stay:

• First Night Room Charge will be charged on your credit card for NO SHOW. 
• No refund in full or in part will be made for un-utilized services included in the package or for shorten stay and no-show.
